Vision System
True Integration offers low cost alternatives to detect contamination and debris collected in the bottom of the bottle. • We provide for the mounting of a single camera at the input of the leak detector • The camera is fully integrated with the leak detector framework and infeed conveyor system • The camera is mounted overhead or underneath the bottle and shoots a conical picture through the neck or underside of the bottle • The bottle is also illuminated with high-density lighting to easily identify debris • TI designed this system to detect a majority of the debris that collects in the base of the bottles |
