Semi Automatic The perfect match for one operator or small automated lines, our semi automatic system sits beside the loading position of your bottling machine. Simply, place the bottle neck into the opening and push to activate. The cap is pulled and drops into a bin. Fully Automatic Our fully automatic D-Capper™ models are designed for over conveyor mounting and remove NonSpill™ caps from empty 5-gallon bottles. Single Head Speed goes up to 2,200 bph, multiple head configurations are available for higher speed applications. • Fits most standard conveyors • Built-in sensor allows bottles without caps to pass through • Audible alarm sounds if cap is not removed completely • Alarm signal can be used to activate bottle ejector (optional) • Bottle Ejector—ejects bottle from discharge conveyor if D-Capper™fails to remove capCappers |
